Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of CleanLobby (cleanlobby.com, formerly STACK5 at stack5cs.com), a CS2 team matchmaking and reputation platform operated by an individual based in Morocco ("CleanLobby", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and confirm you have read our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use CleanLobby.

CleanLobby is in beta. Features, requirements and rules may change while we test and improve the service.

2. Who can use CleanLobby

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You may have only one CleanLobby account, and link only one Steam account, which must be your own. A Steam account can be linked to only one CleanLobby account.
• The information you give us must be accurate, including your country, region and FACEIT level.
• You sign in through Steam, so keep your Steam account secure. You're responsible for what happens on your CleanLobby account.

3. Requirements to play

To keep new and throwaway accounts out of matches, creating, joining or queueing a team requires that your linked Steam account:

• is yours: it's the account you sign in with through "Sign in through Steam". You may only use a Steam account you own;
• has a public profile and public game details, so we can verify it;
• is at least 2 years old;
• has at least 500 hours of CS2 playtime;
• has no VAC or game ban in the last 2 years and no Steam community ban.

We check these automatically using public Steam data and may re-check them at any time. We may change these requirements, add others (for example FACEIT or Premier history), or approve or refuse individual players at our discretion.

4. Teams, queue and matches

• Teams are invite-only: captains invite players or accept join requests.
• Time limits apply so nothing stays stuck: an incomplete team with no new member for 6 hours is disbanded, a team leaves the queue after 2 hours, and a found match must be accepted within 5 minutes.
• Declining found matches, letting them expire, or leaving a team while it's queued lowers your reliability score.
• CleanLobby finds and confirms opponents. Teams arrange and play the match themselves. We don't run game servers and aren't responsible for what happens in a match.

5. Conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, use hacks, scripts or exploits, or knowingly play with people who do;
• boost, smurf, share or sell accounts, or play on someone else's account;
• manipulate ratings or the Trust Score, for example rating rings, fake accounts, or rating in exchange for anything;
• harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone, or post offensive team or display names;
• impersonate others, or claim to be affiliated with CleanLobby, Valve, FACEIT or any team when you aren't;
• scrape CleanLobby, attack or overload the service, get around rate limits or security, or access other people's accounts;
• use CleanLobby for anything illegal, including gambling or fraud.

6. Ratings and the Trust Score

• You can rate players you shared a confirmed match with. Ratings must be honest and based on that match.
• Your Trust Score is calculated automatically from public Steam data and your CleanLobby history, as described in the Privacy Policy. It is shown publicly and used in matchmaking.
• CleanLobby is not an anti-cheat. A Trust Score is not a statement that anyone is or isn't cheating, and we don't guarantee that any player is cheat-free.
• If you believe your score is based on wrong data, contact us and we'll review it.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit, such as your display name, team names and ratings. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and use it to run CleanLobby. We may remove names or content that break these terms.

8. Suspension and termination

• We may warn, restrict, suspend or remove accounts, teams or content that break these terms, endanger other players or CleanLobby, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We then delete or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

CleanLobby uses Steam sign-in and public data from the Steam Web API, and shows information from Leetify and FACEIT. CleanLobby is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve, Steam, FACEIT or Leetify. Counter-Strike and CS2 are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

CleanLobby is a free beta provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or secure, that matches will be found, or that data from third parties will be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CleanLobby is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or profits, or for the behaviour of other players. Our total liability for any claim relating to CleanLobby is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. For the free service, that is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, tell registered users before they take effect. If you keep using CleanLobby after changes take effect, you accept them. If you don't, you can delete your account.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. If you live in another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of that country.
